Common
questions.

What will you look at in the free review?
I'll look at how your business currently shows up online — your website, your Google presence and the overall first impression a potential customer gets — and identify the biggest opportunities I see to help you get found, look more professional and generate more enquiries.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. If your current website is doing its job, I won't recommend replacing it just for the sake of selling you another one. The first step is understanding what's actually getting in the way.
Do you only build websites?
No. My work comes down to three things: helping you get found, look professional, and generate enquiries. A website is often part of that, but so is your Google and local search presence, and how enquiries reach you once they come in.
What does a website cost?
Web Foundation packages start from $1,500. Every business is different, so I'll first look at what you need and provide a clear quote before any work begins.
What happens after my website goes live?
Every new Web Foundation includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, you can manage things yourself or continue with the Smart Hosting & Support Plan, starting from $49/month.
Can you help me with something that isn't listed?
Possibly. Private Remote IT Support Sessions are available for a wide range of technical help, walkthroughs, setup and troubleshooting. Tell me what you'd like to tackle beforehand so I can determine whether it's something I can help with.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Depending on what you need, ongoing help can include Smart Hosting & Support, Local SEO Support, Social Media Management or a Private Remote IT Support Session when you need assistance.
